George McElwee is the founder and president of The Reserve Component (TRC), a lobbying firm with bipartisan relationships that provides scalable, mission-critical support to companies, trade associations, nonprofits, and state and local governments.


MACKENZIE CAMPBELL 
LEGISLATIVE ASSISTANT AND OPERATIONS MANAGER, THE RESERVE COMPONENT
Mackenzie Campbell’s path into federal advocacy began with a year-long internship at a lobbying firm in 2022, where she discovered her passion for fostering bipartisan solutions on Capitol Hill. Mackenzie supports clients by managing outreach, scheduling, research tasks, and overseeing interns.
SEDONA REILLY 
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COORDINATOR, THE RESERVE COMPONENT
Sedona Reilly found her passion for driving legislative solutions during her work in the United States Senate, emphasizing bipartisan problem solving in the modern Congress. She is currently earning her Master of Public Policy from the School of Public Affairs at American University, specializing in healthcare, education, and labor policy.

Carrie McGuinness’s journey into public policy began with a Press internship with Rep. Frederica Wilson. She has experience in media strategy, digital outreach, and public affairs, which she utilizes in her role.
