MEET THE TEAM

Madelyn Hoffmann’s dedication to federal advocacy began during her time in both chambers of Congress, where she supported legislative and communications efforts in the Offices of Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) and Representative Madeleine Dean (D-PA-04). Her work focused on a wide range of issues, including health equity and infrastructure.

Madelyn deepened her commitment to bipartisan policymaking at the Women’s Congressional Policy Institute, contributing to donor engagement, legislative tracking, and Capitol Hill briefings.

Madelyn graduated cum laude from American University, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. At TRC, Madelyn plays a key role in supporting clients by conducting legislative research, facilitating stakeholder outreach, and ensuring seamless administrative coordination.

Originally from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, Madelyn moved to Washington D.C. in 2021.
